Your text, files, images, and code snippets never leave your device. All operations execute in local JavaScript/Wasm.

No Database Storage
Since we don't operate user databases for tool inputs, there is zero risk of server-side data leaks or breaches.
1. How Tool Data is Handled
When you use any utility on SimpleTools (such as formatting JSON, converting images, cropping PDFs, or decoding JWTs), all data processing is carried out by client-side code running inside your web browser. Your inputs are temporarily stored in your device's memory (RAM) only for the duration required to compute the output. Closing or refreshing the tab clears this memory.
2. Cookies & Local Storage
We use minimal local browser storage (such as localStorage) strictly to preserve user interface preferences, such as light/dark theme toggles or recent settings. We do not use persistent tracking cookies or cross-site fingerprinting mechanisms.
3. Analytics & Telemetry
To monitor overall site uptime and optimize performance, we may use privacy-centric, cookieless web analytics (such as Cloudflare Web Analytics or Plausible). These systems measure aggregate metrics—like page views and country-level traffic—without capturing IP addresses or personal identifiers.

SimpleTools does not sell, trade, or share user data with third parties. External assets (like open-source code libraries or fonts) are bundled directly or loaded via secure Content Delivery Networks (CDNs) strictly necessary for delivering the application.
